The hotel offered great hospitality with friendly staff members. The rooms were spacious and comfortable to stay in. the breakfast was amazing and well-organized. Guests were assigned with their own tables which was a unique and pleasant experience. there was a surprise waiting for us in the rooms which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and relatively close to the main attractions.
Although the hotel offered a lot of good aspects, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The first was the WIFI connection, which was pretty slow and did not connect to room 33.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in the mountains! the staff was amazing, very kind and welcoming. the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Loved the surprise in our rooms! the breakfast was outstanding, with each group having their own table set up. the hotel is in a great location, not too far from the mountains and with a parking spot for our car. it was a wonderful experience.
Although the hotel was great, there were a few things we didn't like. For example, the stuffed animals in the hallways were a bit creepy, but that's just personal preference.
